Our members may be referred to as parishioners or communicates or members and are protected from injustices as established in these decrees, public notices, and treaties.

These clear guidelines, ensure transparency, promoting accountability, and securing lawful and moral protections.

Decrees

Official statements or orders issued by the church authority that establish doctrines or rules for the church's governance and practice. These decrees can cover a wide range of topics, including theology, liturgy, moral issues, and administrative matters. They are typically meant to guide the behavior and beliefs of the church's members and can have significant implications for church doctrine and practice.

Notices

Public notices are official announcements made by the church and its leaders to inform the community about significant events, decisions, or changes. These may include notices about church functions, changes in leadership, church decrees, or legal matters affecting the church and its members. Public notices ensure transparency and communication within the community.

Treaties

Treaties are formal agreements between a church (or its governing body) and another entity, such as a government, another religious organization, or even other organizations. These treaties typically outline the terms of cooperation, mutual recognition, and the rights and obligations of each party involved. They can address issues such as property rights, religious freedoms, the administration of sacraments, or joint efforts in social and charitable activities.

BODYMIND CHURCH OF HOPE is a private member association and free church – meaning, you must be a member to receive services, including but not limited to any advice. A man or woman can apply to become a member online prior to your initial consultation in person, via phone, or via other forms of telecommunication.

While we offer guidance and support, we do not bear responsibility for the actions or outcomes initiated or achieved by our members. The information disseminated on our website is sourced from various credible outlets. In the pursuit of justice, we challenge the misapplication of law and linguistic deception that aims to defraud us of our rights. Our advocacy centers on urging the government and its entities to adhere to the law and fulfill their fiduciary obligation to safeguard citizens from all threats. We do not condone illegal activities but encourage peaceful and lawful interactions between the government, corporations, and the public. Additionally, we stress the importance of demanding validation for any debts or obligations before making payments, as often, such claims cannot be lawfully substantiated. Furthermore, we firmly believe in every individual's right to seek lawful counsel and defend themselves, emphasizing the necessity for thorough research and comprehension before asserting one's rights. Our ministry serves as a venue for education and discussion on various topics, refuting any claims of providing medical, legal, or tax advice. We champion the right of every sentient man and woman to seek counsel of their choice, and we endeavor to empower individuals to tackle certain issues independently, equipping them with the knowledge to advocate for themselves.
